Our office is pleased to recognize the achievements and milestones of Burnaby Central residents and organizations. We can provide official certificates to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and community contributions.

For significant occasions, we’re also happy to help request congratulatory messages from the Prime Minister, the Governor General, His Majesty the King, and other government officials as appropriate.

If the anniversary or birthday has already taken place, the message from His Majesty the King or the Governor General may be backdated up to 12 months.

Request a Certificate

    • 65th birthday and up (at 5-year intervals)

    • 100th birthday and up (every year)

    • 25th wedding anniversaries of life together and up (at 5-year intervals)

    • 90th birthdays and up 

    • 50th wedding anniversaries and up 

    • 100th birthdays and up 

    • 60th wedding anniversaries and up 

  • We are also happy to provide certificates of achievement for constituents and local organizations. In some situations, notes of congratulations from other relevant government officials can also be requested.
